What to Expect
All appointments will take place in a private office located in Downtown Ventura or via Telehealth. Our sessions will be tailored to your personal needs and concerns.
Each therapy session is customized for each individual client. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Attachment Therapy.
Services are available in Spanish and English.
In-person and remote options
The office is conveniently located just off the 101 highway and California St in Downtown Ventura.
Can’t make it into the office? No worries –Telehealth sessions are available.
